My love for fragrance began when I was young. I still remember the first fragrance my father ever gifted me-- Aramis 900. At the time, I didn't realize how meaningful that little bottle would become. I simply loved the way it smelled. Looking back, I think that was where my fascination with fragrance truly began.
As I grew older, I began discovering scents I had never experienced before. I became fascinated by the way a fragrance could evoke a memory, change a mood, or make an ordinary moment feel unforgettable. I wanted to understand what made each scent so special--not just how it smelled, but the artistry and emotion behind it.
That curiosity eventually led me to perfumery. What began as a hobby slowly became something much deeper. I fell in love with the process of creating: experimenting with notes, imagining stories, and bringing something that existed only in my mind into a fragrance that someone else could experience.
I never imagined that this passion would one day become a business. Yet here I am, creating Absent Parfums--a brand born from a lifelong love of fragrance and a desire to create scents that can become meaningful to someone else, just as fragrances have become meaningful to me.
To me, perfume is more than something you wear. It can hold a memory, capture a feeling remind you of a person, or become a small part of a moment you never want to forget.
My hope is that when you experience Absent Parfum, you don't simply smell a fragrance. I hope you feel something. I hope one of my scents becomes connected to a beautiful moment in your life, and that years from now, a single familiar note can take you back to it.
